MFTBC received 7 additional failure

MFTBC received 7 additional failure report from FTT. (HLF14T011B-H)
Cause of the failure will be investigated at MFTBC. MFTBC sent PQR reply on June 10, 2014. First of all, thank you very much for issuing this PQR.
Judging from the PQR report, we presume that this failure occurred by high load operation generally speaking.
We had similar report from other market, and the cause was high load PTO operation on muddy road condition in such ase with deep study.
Because we have not received frequent failure report from the field, we would like to close this PQR once, and continue watch the condition of the vehicle.
If you receive new failure report from the field, please check the specification of the PTO, PTO operation frequency, rear body equipment, and the operating road condition of the vehicle.
Depending on the report frequency, we will investigate this topic when we receive new PQR/QRS from the field.
